Pepper Pecan Puffs

  • 200g frozen puff pastry, thawed but cold
  • 3 tbsp any type red pepper jelly
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 4 tsp coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

    Roll out dough to roughly 10x10 and cut into 3-inch squares. In the centre of each square, place 1/2 tsp each jelly and Parmesan and a few pieces of pecans. Wet two edges with water and fold over. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake at 400F for about 15 minutes.
