- 12 onions
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- celery seed
- mustard seed
Directions

1Chop peppers and onions; put in 4-quart pan.

2Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.

3Remove from pot and drain.

4Place back in pan and add sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed.

5Bring to a boil.

6Lower heat and simmer 45 minutes.

7Pour into clean hot jars and seal right away.

8Makes up to 9 pints, depending on size of peppers and onions.
