  • peppers (any type and amount)
  • White House vinegar (white or red, we usually use white)

Directions

    Wash and trim peppers.

    Pack into jars (fairly tightly).

    Pour boiling vinegar over the peppers to about 1/2-inch of the top of the jar.

    Seal and store in a cool area.
