- 3 lb. sirloin steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 5 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- tomato wedges
Directions

1Marinate meat in mixture of soy sauce, garlic and 1/2 cup of beef bouillon for 15 minutes.

2Drain meat, reserving liquid.

3Melt a piece of fat trimmed from steak in a very hot frying pan. Quickly brown meat on each side.

4Add onion, celery and green pepper and cook until tender.

5Mix cornstarch with reserved liquid and remaining beef bouillon; stir into meat and vegetables.

6Cook until thickened.

7Serve with rice.

8Tomato wedges may be added for garnish.
