- 1 lb. sirloin, cut in thin strips
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, cored and seeded
- 2 green peppers, seeded and cut up
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- salt to taste
Directions

1Heat pan; spray with Pam.

2Add steak and cook until brown. Add vegetables.

3Stir all other ingredients in and simmer for 30 minutes, until meat is tender.

4If pan juices need thickening, add 2 tablespoons flour, mixed with 1/2 cup water.

5Serve over rice. Makes 4 or 5 main dish servings.
