Ingredients

  • 6 beef steaks (any cut applicable)
  • 1 bag diced bell peppers
  • 2 cans Campbell's creamy onion soup/dip
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
  • cornstarch

Directions

    Cut steaks in bite size chunks and brown in skillet.

    Once all meat is browned, rinse skillet and add diced peppers and 2 cans soup.

    Add 2 cans of water, rinsing soup cans.

    Stir in meat.

    Add cornstarch to thicken.

    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
