- 6 beef steaks (any cut applicable)
- 1 bag diced bell peppers
- 2 cans Campbell's creamy onion soup/dip
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
- cornstarch
Directions

1Cut steaks in bite size chunks and brown in skillet.

2Once all meat is browned, rinse skillet and add diced peppers and 2 cans soup.

3Add 2 cans of water, rinsing soup cans.

4Stir in meat.

5Add cornstarch to thicken.

6Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

7Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
