Ingredients
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. beef broth
- 2 medium onions
- 2 medium green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 large tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces each
Directions

1Cut steak into small strips and brown in butter.

2Add broth, garlic and paprika.

3Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

4Add sliced onions and peppers.

5Cook about 15 minutes.

6Start cooking rice. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.

7Add to meat and vegetables and cook about 2 more minutes.

8Add tomatoes and cook 3 to 5 minutes more.

9Serve over rice.
