- 1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 c. green onions
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Melt oleo in skillet. Mash garlic.

2Cut steak in 1/2-inch strips. Sprinkle with paprika and set aside.

3While preparing other ingredients, brown the steak and garlic in oleo. When brown, add the pepper and onion. Cook until wilted.

4Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.

5Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Stir into mixture and stir until thickened slightly.
