- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 green onions with tops
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. cold cooked rice
Directions

1Beat eggs and water; set aside.

2Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat.

3Add green onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
