- 1 lb. steak (sirloin or round)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. green onions
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
Directions

1Cut steak into 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

2Brown in 2 tablespoons butter, then add the bouillon. Simmer 30 minutes. Blend in green peppers and onions.

3Cook 5 minutes longer.

4Add soy sauce, 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.

5Let thicken. Also add another 1/2 cup bouillon.

6Add tomatoes.

7Serve over cooked rice.
