- 2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pt. water
- salt
Directions

1May use stir-fry style meat, since it works well.

2Brown steak in its own liquid, plus enough oil so as not to stick.

3Do not drain, but add onion, pepper, pimentos, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

4Brown a few minutes.

5Mix flour with water; add to beef.

6This will thicken.

7Keep stirred from bottom of pan; keep adding water to keep enough liquid for gravy.

8Salt to taste.
