- 6 to 8 breakfast steaks
- 2 to 3 green peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- meat tenderizer
- 1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
Directions

1Sprinkle meat tenderizer onto steaks.

2Cut steaks into 1-inch strips.

3Place oil in hot skillet.

4Put steak strips into skillet and brown.

5Cut peppers and onions into strips and add to meat. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

6Add stir-fry seasoning following instructions on package.

7Simmer until peppers and onions are cooked.

8Serve over rice.
