- 12 red bell pepper, juienned
- 12 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 12 red onion, julienned
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
- 12 cup water
- 10 ounces mushroom gravy
Directions

1Cut round steak into thin strips.

2In a wok or large skillet, saute meat, onion, garlic, and peppers in cooking spray.

3when onions become transluscent, reduce heat and add gravy.

4Add water to gravy jar, swishing to rinse.
