- 2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
- 1 large onion
- 3 large green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 4 c. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 2 cans Chinese noodles
Directions

1Lightly salt and pepper meat; brown in oil.

2Put 1/8 teaspoon ginger over meat while browning.

3Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.

4Cover and simmer for 1 hour until meat is tender.

5Add green peppers, cut in strips, Chinese mixed vegetables and cornstarch to thicken gravy.

6Cook for 15 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
