Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. white wine (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme or oregano
- 1 whole scallion, chopped with green
Directions

1Devein shrimp.

2Place in bowl and add Worcestershire sauce and wine; turn and coat thoroughly.

3Heat oil in wok; add garlic. Strain shrimp (hold sauce).

4Combine all dry seasonings in shallow plate.

5Toss shrimp to coat.

6Add shrimp to wok and cook over high heat for 2 minutes.

7Add scallions.

8Cook 2 more minutes.

9Keep tossing.

10Remove to serving dish.

11Add basting sauce to wok and wine mixture; pour into small bowl and serve as dipping sauce.
