  • 1 (17 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (may use cracker crumbs)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion or onion powder to taste
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix corn, milk and egg.

    Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.

    Top with 1/2 cup crumbs.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
