- few drops oil of peppermint
- few drops green food coloring
Directions

1Beat egg white until frothy.

2Add half of icing sugar to egg white.

3Beat with wooden spoon.

4Add few drops of oil of peppermint (too little rather than too much).

5Gradually beat in more sugar until mixture is fairly stiff.
