- 1 gallon Peppermint Ice Cream
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 6 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Butter
- Chocolate Syrup, For Drizzling

11. Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a pie plate.

22. Melt butter and chocolate chips together.

55. After crust is firm, soften the ice cream and fill crust evenly with ice cream (usually about 3/4 of a tub).
