- 1 pkg. hot roll mix
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced
Directions

1Prepare roll mix according to package directions, but omit egg and use 1 cup water.

2Dough does not need to rise.

3Place a cheese cube on a pepperoni slice.

4Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around the meat and cheese, forming a ball.

5Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

6Fry in deep, hot oil for about 5 minutes, until golden brown, turning once.

7Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
