- 1 loaf white frozen French bread dough (Pillsbury)
- 1 egg
- 5 to 6 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 to 10 slices hard salami
- 2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- 1 to 2 tsp. olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Roll out dough (defrosted) on a greased cookie sheet.

2Spread until thin as close to edges as possible.

3Beat egg and brush half of it over the dough.

4Alternate salami, pepperoni and Provolone over bread.

5Sprinkle all other ingredients over bread as for a pizza.

6Roll like a jelly roll, covering dough with remaining egg after each turn.

7Seal ends and place seam side down.

8Brush top with egg and sprinkle sesame seed on top.

9Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
