- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. quick cooking grits
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2/3 c. chopped, peeled and seeded tomato
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside.

3Add green pepper, red sweet pepper and onion to drippings.

4Cook about 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
