  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. Pepsi-Cola

Directions

    Combine flour and sugar in a small bowl.

    Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi to a boil.

    Pour over flour mixture; beat well.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Beat well and pour in 15 x 10 x 1 1/2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° until done.

    Ice while hot.
