  • 1 1/4 lb. Ground Chuck
  • 1 1/4 lb. Ground Sirloin
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp Montreal Seasoning

Directions

    Mix hamburger and seasonings (don't over-handle the meat)

    Form into patties - we made 6 good-sized burgers. Press indentation in center of each burger.

    Grill on high heat, 4 minutes first side, 3 minutes second side
