- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmsan cheese
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 packages (16 ounces) linguine
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham or proscuitto, chopped
Directions

1Cook linguine according to package directions.

2Add peas during the last 3 minutes.

3In the meantime, in a large skillet, saute the garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper in oil for 1 minute or until garlic is tender.

4Stir in proscuitto or deli ham.

5Drain linguine; add to skillet and toss to coat.

6Sprinkle with cheese.
