  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

    Mix everything but pecans.

    Pour everything into unbaked pie shell.

    Put pecans on top.

    Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Insert knife halfway between center and edge.
