  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 uncooked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Mix persimmon pulp, egg and milk.

    Pour filling in pastry shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 50 to 60 minutes longer. Serves 6.
