- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 uncooked 9-inch pastry shell

1Mix persimmon pulp, egg and milk.

3sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add to first mixture.

4Pour filling in pastry shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 50 to 60 minutes longer. Serves 6.
