- 2 sheets Ready-to-bake Puff Pastry
- 3 Granny Smith apples, cubed
- 1 Tbsp corn flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp butter
- 3 tsp milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.

2Melt butter, add apples cubed, cinnamon powder.

3Mix well.

4Add in brown sugar, mix until well corporated.

5Mix corn flour with milk, pour in the corn flour mix to the apples.

6Mix well.

7Put aside.

8Cut the pastry sheets to the preferred sizes.

9Take two sheets of puff pastry.

10Put one tablespoon apple mix on top the first sheets.

11Put the second sheet over the apple mix.

12Use a sharp knife to cut slits in the top of the crust for steam vents.

13Press all four sides with your finger or using fork, use egg wash if necessary.

14Use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash over the top.

15Place on baking sheet and bake the pies about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
