  • 1/2 c. pine nuts or walnuts
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

    Chop nuts in blender.

    Blend in olive oil, basil, garlic and cheese.

    To store, press into container and freeze, or cover with a thin layer of olive oil and keep refrigerated.
