  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten

    Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese until creamed.

    Add vanilla.

    Add a little flour slowly, then some egg.

    Continue to add flour and eggs; blend well.

    Pour into a well-greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until it springs back when pressed with finger.
