- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
- 12 sheets phyllo pastry dough
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brush sides and bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with some of the melted butter.

2Place one sheet of phyllo in bottom of dish; brush with butter.

3Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo. (Keep remaining phyllo dough covered with waxed paper to avoid drying out.)

4In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese; spread evenly over phyllo in baking dish.
