  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill

    Chill beets; drain and arrange on 4 lettuce-lined salad plates. In jar with tight-fitting lid, shake together the orange juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and dill weed. Drizzle with dressing.
