- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
Directions

1Drain juice from beets; add water to make 1 cup.

2Add vinegar, sugar and cinnamon; bring to a boil.

3Pour over beets.

4Marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

5Part of the liquid may be poured off when served.
