- 2 lb. steamed, sliced carrots
- 1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. Equal
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, diced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in blender except carrots, onion and green pepper.

2Pour liquid over vegetables and refrigerate.
