Ingredients

  • 2 lb. steamed, sliced carrots
  • 1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. Equal
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper, diced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in blender except carrots, onion and green pepper.

    Pour liquid over vegetables and refrigerate.

    Stir before serving.
