- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mixed pickling spice
Directions

1Pack eggs in a jar, alternating with onion slices.

2Heat water, vinegar, salt and spices to boiling point.
