Ingredients

  • 2 c. cider vinegar
  • 7 c. brown sugar (if mangoes sour, use 8 c.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. 5 spices
  • 1/2 c. Hawaiian salt
  • 2 Tbsp. coloring
  • 6 c. water

    Mix all ingredients together and boil. Cool; pour over mangoes.
