  • 2/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. uniodized salt
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • okra

Directions

    Pack in hot jar the pepper, garlic, dill seed and okra.

    Bring vinegar, water, sugar and salt to a boil and pour over okra.

    Fill jar not quite full.

    Process 10 minutes in hot water bath to seal. Makes 1 pint jar.
