  • 3 lb. okra
  • 1 clove garlic (per jar)
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 hot pepper (per jar)

Directions

    Wash okra and pack in jar, adding garlic and pepper.

    Boil 1 pint vinegar, water, salt and dill seed for 5 minutes.

    Pour in jars and seal.

    Use in about 6 weeks.
