  • small to medium tender okra (whole)
  • 1 pod hot pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. dill seed or fresh dill
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salt

    Pack okra,

    whole, in jars.

    Add hot pepper, garlic and dill seed or fresh dill.

    Mix and boil hard for 10 minutes the water, vinegar
  5. 5
    and salt. Pour over the okra already in jars. Seal jars in hot water bath.
