  • 1 14 cups red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 red onions, sliced

Directions

    In a saucepan, bring to a boil red wine vinegar, sugar, fennel seeds, bay leaf, red pepper flakes and salt.
