- 1 gal. hard ripe peaches
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 or 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. whole cloves
- 2 c. water
- 3 c. vinegar
Directions

1Peel peaches and leave whole.

2Bring to boil the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, water and vinegar.

3Boil 2 or 3 minutes; add the peaches and cook a few minutes until the peaches are tender.

4Put peaches in sterilized jars.

5Fill with the liquid and seal.
