- 1/4 c. canning salt (not iodized)
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 5 c. sugar (can use 1/2 c. less)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Put vegetables in gallon jar.

2Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

3Let stand one week in refrigerator before using.
