- 2 pounds shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 2 medium onions (cut into rings)
- 1 1/2 C Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 C white vinegar
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Place shrimp and onions in layers in a sealable container. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp.

2seal. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours.
