  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 onions
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. turmeric

    Add salt and let stand 2 hours.

    Mix spices and sugar, then add vinegar.
