- 4 lbs veggies or cucumbers
- 3 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- 3 quarts water
- dill seed
- cloves garlic
- peppercorns
Directions

1Put veggies or cucumbers in jars and add to each jar 1 Tbsp dill seed, 2 cloves garlic, and 7 peppercorns.

2Combine vinegar, salt, and water and bring to a boil.

3Fill jars with liquid 1/2 inch from the top.

4Makes about 7 pints.
