- about 2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. ice water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of the flour.

2Mix in the oil, water and salt.

3As you mix the ingredients, use as much of the flour as necessary to form a ball of dough that can be easy to handle, not sticky.

4Roll out dough between two pieces of waxed paper, large enough for your pan. Flute the edge of the crust.

5Use foil on the edge of the crust to keep it from getting too brown.
