Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 1/2 c. shortening

Directions

    Blend flour, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.

    Cut in shortening until particles are size of peas.
  3. 3
    Beat egg and stir in vinegar and water and blend.
  4. 4
    Divide into 4 balls and put each in a Ziploc bag and freeze until you want to use.

    Thaw and roll out and use as your recipe calls for.
