- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pure vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar and salt into 9-inch pie plate.

2Combine oil and milk in measuring cup; beat with a fork until blended.

3Pour over flour mixture.

4Mix with a fork until all flour is moistened. With fingers, press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.

5Make small edge on rim of plate; flute.

6Do not form a high edge.

7Spoon or pour in filling.
