- Pastry pie dough
- Cookie cutters
- Lollipop sticks (can be purchased in any craft department)
- Your favorite fruit pie filling
- Egg wash
- Parchment paper
- Ribbon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Roll pastry dough on floured surface and cut desired shapes with 3-inch cookie cutter.

3Use a tiny cutter to make decorative desgin, if desired.

4Place bottom pastry piece on parchment-lined baking sheet.

5Center lollipop stick onto bottom of dough.

6Add 1 full teaspoon pie filling.

7Cover with top pastry and crimp edges.

8Place decorative cut-out piece of pastry (if desired) on top of pie pop.

9Brush tops of pastry with egg wash.

10Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.

11Let cool completely before removing from pan.

12Tie with ribbon and share.
