- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- minced parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper
- smoked sausage
- fresh pork, diced
Directions

1Mix onion, potatoes, parsley, pepper and salt.

2Cut into pieces the smoked sausage and pork.

3Stuff pig stomach with ingredients and close by needle and thread.

4Place filled stomach in roasting pan; add water in bottom.

5Bake at 350°

6for ??? hours until tender.

7Remove from roaster and add browned butter.

8Serve with broth.
