- 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can crushed pineapple (optional)
- 1 large Cool Whip
- flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Bake in an oblong pan for 30 minutes.

3Remove from oven and poke holes in cake.

4Stir and then pour the cream of coconut over the cake while it is hot.

5Refrigerate cake to cool.

6Top cake with crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut.

7Keep refrigerated.
